The location of the hotel was good. There was a Wal-mart nearby and places to eat. Getting in and out of the hotel was very easy.
Our room wasn't vacuumed and the pool had bugs floating in it. When we left, no one was even at the counter. Had to tell the maid we were leaving.
This hotel used be very clean and the service used to be great. I grew up in Sydney, so I know what it used to be and the hotel isn't like it was. I think it could be better with a little effort.

The rooms were nice and roomy.
No elevators.
The hotel was very nice. Had the furnishings been of a nicer quality, I would have rated it a 3 star upscale or possibly a 4 star. We enjoyed our stay.
